When I was young, people told me Congress would never change. They said corruption was simply part of America and citizens had no choice but to accept it. For a time, I believed that.   
But now, I see people everywhere voicing the same frustrations online, in conversations, and in real life. And I know the truth: we do not have to accept it. Enough is enough.             What CACIA Delivers       ✅ Term Limits — House Members serve 2 terms (4 years total). Senators serve 2 terms (6 years total). No careers, no lifetimes, no loopholes.   
✅ Transparency, Always — Every vote, hearing, and negotiation livestreamed and archived. No shadows, no secrecy.   
✅ Digital + Physical Signatures — Every vote double-signed, timestamped, and public. No fraud, no hiding.   
✅ Three-Strike Rule — Miss votes, lie to the people, abuse your office → you are removed, with no perks or pensions.   
✅ Single-Subject Laws — One bill, one topic. No bloated bills stuffed with pork or hidden riders.   
✅ Citizen Oversight (NSEP) — Ordinary Americans, not career politicians, oversee secrecy, corruption, and ethics.

✅ Cut the Perks — No taxpayer-funded salons, luxury travel, or elite housing. Only modest hotel stays if needed.   
✅ Work From Home — Members must conduct business from their districts. Travel to D.C. only when summoned by the President.   
✅ No Shadow Diplomacy — Congress cannot freelance foreign trips to undermine the Nation.   
✅ Financial Accountability — All PAC money and gifts disclosed within 72 hours and linked to voting records.   
✅ Job Creation Without Waste — Oversight roles filled with reassigned federal workers first. Salary caps tied to the national median.   
✅ Eligibility Standards — Natural-born with two citizen parents, age 26–60, mentally fit, loyal to the Constitution.   
✅ The People’s Ledger — A permanent public record where misconduct is logged, debated, and judged by citizens themselves. Binding disqualification requires 40 million verified votes and a national referendum.   
✅ Permanent Protection — CACIA cannot be repealed by Congress, vetoed by a President, or buried in bureaucracy. Only the People, by referendum, can change it.             Why It Matters       This is not about left or right. This is not about parties or factions. This is about survival of the Republic.   
Every dollar wasted, every law stuffed with hidden favors, every skipped vote or backroom deal pushes America closer to collapse. Trust in government has already eroded. Without accountability, freedom itself will vanish.
