We are petitioning the United Nations for an immediate response to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. We expect the United Nations to take accountability for its part in the fabrication of modern political tensions in this region and to take a more active role in the quick resolution to the ongoing humanitarian crisis. 

1. Immediate recognition that Palestine is experiencing a genocide with the intention to assimilate, exterminate or force out  Palestinians. It is a modern rendition of colonial violence with the intention to take the land with no respect for human life.
2. Immediate recognition that Israel was not a modern society without acts of violence that depended on Palestinian erasure. Modern being understood as anything more recent than an ancestor (an ancestor being a great-grandparent or beyond of today's people).
3. Apologies and reparations from nations who brought forth leaders whose political contributions brought forth this genocide. We expect these nations to contribute just as passionately towards peaceful resolutions that respect Palestinian communities. There needs to be recognition of financial ties between Israeli leaders and foreign political powers who have a history of committing genocidal acts for power.
4. Immediate food, water and medical access for Palestinians.
5. Immediate ceasefire by Israel or adequate response to disarm from the United Nations - Handle the monster you created.
6. Moves to a resolution that does not include only the options to leave, assimilate or die for Palestinians. Perhaps an entire dissolution of  both states to create a new state open to all following rites of Abrahamic religions as birthright or a 2-party state where Israel and Palestine share equal political power, resources and mobility.
7. We want an immediate referendum in the memories of the children lost to ensure that this never happens to a community again that should look like academics and community members being fully equipped to assess and respond to community needs internationally with resources and technology. Perhaps a triage-like response where critical areas are prioritized. Society needs to learn to mediate and prioritize among every HUMAN in humanity and if these children had to be lost, may this be their final gift to this world.

You can also find reputable charities to donate to because when we get these borders open, we will need to be prepared to rush in with support.
