On June 24, 2025 Nic Stanley was arrested for the death of a sexual predator who was released early from prison for molesting Mr. Stanley’s daughter. When the news hit the family that the predator was released there was a new fear for his daughter, fearing this monster would come back and hurt her again.After key pieces of the events were inadmissible to the trials. Stanley was found guilty on Sept 25, 2026.

what Nic did was what we all fear we may have to do for our own daughter’s/kids, protect them from any harm, to do whatever it takes to make our children feel safe…what any father would do. Now he is looking at up to 65 years for doing whatever a failed system wouldn’t do and that’s protecting his daughter!

Please sign this petition to get Gov. Braun or maybe even the President to step in and pardon Nic. He’s not a murderer, he’s a father who loves his child unconditionally and will risk his own freedom for her safety.
