Free my children out of SC FOSTER CARE SOCIAL SERVICES

The Issue

My children are currently being held in foster care after initially being accused of child abuse neglect from not having a car seat for one of the children. They have been in custody going on a year February 20th 2022 for my infant then 3 days later they held an emergency hearing & had my other 3 children taken from my mother in Georgia with a court order saying they were in "Substantial Risk". They originally tried to say my 5 month old at the time had shaken baby syndrome but with no evidence or proof that was thrown out by the doctors confirming. Then they said my 4 year old daughter had dark spots on her legs & butt implying abuse again which doctors confirmed as "Mongolian Birth Marks" They have had me complete Parenting Classes, Individual Therapy, Car Seat Training, Protective Clarification. Also added a "Mental Health Evaluation" & "Physiological Evaluation". Now they are asking for drug screen which I submitted already as well as alcohol testing. They have my children in 4 different homes my older 3 children have been moved to 3 different homes due to foster parents requested so basically evicting them only my infant who is now 14 months has been with the same foster parents, the older 3 foster parents won't allow contact from biological parents or relatives only the infant's foster parents. I have no way of knowing how my children are doing. They will not place them with next of kin until I can get them back either when this is in their policy to place children with family first than foster care. I only get 2 1hour visits twice a month. My children have had flu & COVID several times & has never been sick with me. The state of SC won't give us a court date. The 1st hearing we had child services claimed they lost the file so the judge couldn't make a decision & had court reset & we haven't had a court date since then. They keep telling me a court date will be soon but it's going on a year February 2023. Every other case had court within 3 months. Everytime I see my children they are asking to come home & I have to keep telling them soon not even knowing a date. I have proof of everything I am stating doctors letters ect. My children are just checks to the state being still held without any reason at this point. Even the foster parents some that I've gotten to know over time even have noticed things & stated the children should be sent home & child services doesn't care about them. They are supposed to check on the children once a month in the home & neither agency child services or the court appointed GAL is doing that. Everyone that knows me knows I'm a good mother & I take good care of my children. Everyone makes mistakes .... I ask if anyone can assist with anything financially or recourses to help me fight for the state to release my children. I can also provide receipts for lawyer fees my current balance is 11K. Any questions feel free to inbox me. The state cannot have my babies & I will keep fighting until they are home. Please share
