Le'i is a White Sided Dolphin who was supposed to be released along with Tokitae (Lolita) the Orca. But when Lolita died, it left Li'i in limbo. He deserves to be freed ASAP. Don't change the plan, don't send him to Seaworld or Shedd Aquarium. Send him home first to a sea pen then to the sea where he belongs and deserves to be!
