Hi All, I hope you are well. Today I can confirm that this petition as of 5 minutes ago (7am Oct 26. 2023 Brisbane Australian Time AEST) has been delivered to every single Congressional Member and Senator in the Government of the United States of America. This is timely because, the Prime Minister of Australia (Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese is signatory No. 710,753 of this petition), who is in Washington and about to have a dinner in the White House in an hour or so. So it is timely that all was submitted at this moment in time.
For some strange reason and for the past month my IP address has been, well what I would call “Blocked” from submitting the petition via my Proton mail email server or my Microsoft Hotmail email server. Surprisingly and for the second time in this long campaign Google’s Gmail service has been the only pathway for me to submit documentation from this petition to any email of the USA government. I had been attempting to submit the petition to the President and every member and Senator for the past weeks and two days later after investigating I believe the emails were blocked. For the past couple of days I had requested and received assistance from “Clare” and "John" I want to thank “Clare” and "John" for all the help provided to me to get this petition submitted.
From my non professional and individual Citizen’s perception it would appear that the Government of the USA has been “abridging” the rights of the 200,000+ signatories to this petition to petition the government of the USA. I believe that may be a breach of The First Amendment Article 5 of the Constitution of the United States. Anyway, lucky ”Clare” and “Gmail” (Free) got it through, so no more abridging. To be honest it was the last email service I expected to get through, but there it is Protonmail (Paid) even via my paid conscription failed to get through and Hotmail (free service) was the same. Remembering I am not sponsored and just letting everyone know some of the limitation that have to have been navigated around in this extremely long and difficult campaign to seek justice and human rights for a publisher and journalist.
I have pasted in the script from the Petition document below.

Petition To: President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr President of the United States of America
Petition To: All Members of Congress and Senators Federal Government of the United States
Dear Mr President, Members and Senators,
We hope you are all well. Over 200,000 of this petition’s 785,000 signatures are citizens of the United States and together we are seeking resolution to the grievances that the journalist and publisher Julian Assange should be freed and that the USA Government should stop the extradition of Julian Assange.
This petition and in accordance with the First Amendment Article 5 of the Constitution of the United States, specifically the over 200,000 citizens of the USA who are signatories to this petition claim legitimate rights under the USA Constitution to petition the President and Government of the USA to free Julian Assange and to stop the USA extradition of Julian Assange. As enumerated in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which specifically prohibits Congress from abridging "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”. The persecution of Julian Assange is a grievance that can only be resolved by the President of the USA dropping the extradition case against Julian Assange and immediately freeing Julian Assange.
Sept. 18, 2023, there is resolute support from across the Australian Parliament to free Julian Assange (see appendix 1). Now over 64 Australian Parliamentarians comprise the Bring Assange Parliamentary Group. In addition the Prime Minister of Australia is a signatory to this petition “Enough is enough, I can’t see what is served by the continued incarceration of Julian Assange” Prime Minister Anthony Albanese signatory No. 710,753 of this petition. May 24, 2023 A;; major political parties that make up the Australian Government want Julian Assange to be freed.
“WASHINGTON (Nov. 28, 2022) — The New York Times and four European news organizations called on the United States government to drop its charges against Julian Assange. In a joint open letter, ”The prosecution of Mr. Assange under the Espionage Act sets a dangerous precedent” that threatened to undermine the First Amendment and the freedom of the press….and our democracies are made significantly weaker.”
Pope Francis in a gesture of support reached out, invited and met in a private meeting with Julian Assange’s wife Stella Assange and their children (Max and Gabriel).
Yours faithfully,
Phillip Adams
