Our collective efforts in Sept/Oct. 2023 sparked something in the USA. Remembering that members of the Australian "Bring Assange Home Parliamentary Group" travelled to Washington DC in Sept. 2023, and then the followup meeting by the Prime Minister of Australia and Signatory to this petition Mr Anthony Albanese in Washington DC on Oct, 23, 2023.
This petition was delivered to all Congressional Members, Senators and to President Biden on Oct. 23, 2023. Over 200,000 Signatories to this petition are Citizens of the USA and their grievances have been presented by way of this petition to the Government of the USA.
According to the First Amendment Article 5 nobody can abridge the right of Citizens of the USA to petition the government to address grievances. The Extradition and persecution of Julian Assange is in conflict with the First Amendment itself.
