The Deputy Prime Minister of Australia Barnaby Joyce wrote an opinion piece in a major Australian newspaper saying Julian Assange shouldn’t be extradited to the US, that he should either be put on trial in Britain or brought back home to Australia. I believe the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia is still in Lockdown with Covid in Washington DC. He was the only one to test positive in his team the rest of the Australian support team I believe have returned home to Australia.
