Hello.... My name is Deon Cagle, and Jeremie Johnson is my nephew,  and Codie Walker is his co defendant.  The bottom line is this....Yes, these two did in fact get into a physical altercation with Ashton Pacheco,  but they are absolutely not responsible for Ashtons death.  The paramedics said he was ok,  and he himself said he was ok. AND HE WAS!! So he started smoking meth, and partying. And was fine up until the next day, when another incident happened,  and that person took a big speaker and bashed it over Pachecos head. Next thing, he's being rushed to emergency surgery,  and he dies. That incident wasn't mentioned,  let alone looked into.  

After they went to jail, my nephew was put on 200 mg. of thorazine twice a day.  200 MG. OF FUCKING THORAZINE TWICE A DAY!!!! FACING FIRST DEGREE MURDER.....  AND HE WAS NOT FOUND INCOMPETENT!!! GROSSLY VIOLATING HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO A FAIR....FAIR!!! AND SPEEDY TRIAL. HE WAS SO SEDATED AND INCOHERENT,  HE FELL OVER IN HIS CHAIR SEVERAL TIMES!!!! YET NOTHING WAS QUESTIONED BY JUDGE POLOHA...I'D BE VERY CURIOUS AS TO KNOW WHY THIS DEFENDANT KEEPS FALLING OVER IN HIS CHAIR.... 

Now, I want to go to the definition of first degree murder....

First-degree murder. Any intentional killing that is willful and premeditated with malice aforethough...

• First degree murder is the intentional killing of another person by someone who has acted willfully, deliberately, or with planning. Intent: A 1st-degree murder must be committed with some sort of intent to kill the person. The murderer must therefore have attacked or harmed their victim with the purpose of ending their life or doing evil.

• Deliberation and Premeditation: Deliberation and premeditation are essential parts of quantifying a first-degree murder. This type of crime must be purposeful and planned out, rather than simply occurring in the heat of the moment.

• “Malice Aforethought”: “Malice aforethought” is a legal term that basically means that a person who committed the murder did so with an intent to kill and a general disregard for human life.

Washoe District Judge Jerome Polaha said a term of 20 to 50 years was appropriate for the men because while they were "foolish" to savagely attack Pacheco, they did not intend on killing him.

NOW NOTICE AT THE END...THEY DID NOT INTEND ON KILLING HIM....

AND BOTH OF THESE YOUNG MEN WERE SENTENCED TO 20 to 50 YEARS!!!!

GROSSLY UNJUST!!! FOR BOTH OF THEM!!! 

SO...YOU TELL ME... DID THESE 2 YOUNG MEN GET RAOLROADED OUT THE ASS, OR WHAT??!!! AGAIN,  THE DEFINITION OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER...AND THE STATEMENT JUDGE POLOHA MADE...THEY DID NOT... FUCKING DID NOT!! INTEND ON KILLING PACHECO!!!
