This petition's sole purpose is to FREE GHOST from the Animal Foundation.  We want GHOST returned to his rescuer, Susan, his legal owner. 

In an unbelievable action, Metro Police Officer Ellis, confiscated her dog and placed him at the Animal Foundation (Search Animal Foundation to see their glowing record.)

The Animal Foundation is acting irresponsibly and telling us, "we will decide where Ghost goes" ignoring all of Susan's legal rights.  They won't give him his medications and he isn't receiving medical treatment that he desperately needs.  He was scheduled for surgery a day after they confiscated him.

It took months to catch Ghost.  It was such a victory!  Metro and the Animal Foundation has taken a beautiful, feel good story about an abandon dog finding a sweet, loving, caring home and turned it into a nightmare.
