Fontae was allowed to be put on trial a second time by the Iowa Supreme Court after the first one was ruled unfair due to the fact that Judge Monica Zrinyi Ackley limited his ability to present evidence that proves he is innocent, however his second trial involved THE SAME JUDGE! And there is evidence of Judge Monica Zrinyi Ackley tampering with the jury to get a guilty verdict!
