A Go Fund Me campaign has been launched to help Free Eileen Wicks from forced detention. Eileen and her husband Trevor have had to hire lawyers to try to free Eileen from involuntary confinement. The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) has just filed a court petition to try to force Eileen into a long-term care facility, against her will and without her consent.

Eileen urgently needs to get back to the comfort and security of her home and the loving care of her husband Trevor (photo above taken Mar 6, 2022 in Nanaimo Hospital). Please join the community of friends and supporters who believe that the health authority's actions are both unjustified and unjust.

The Go Fund Me campaign team* "Eileen's Supporters" asks each of us to help reduce the burden on Eileen and Trevor of unplanned legal bills that the health care system is forcing them to incur.
