DANIEL HOLTZCLAW continues to GAIN SUPPORT FROM PEOPLE ALL OVER THE NATION who are speaking out with concern about the injustice of Daniel’s wrongful conviction.
One of those taking a brave stand is AN OKLAHOMA POLICE OFFICER who posted an “Open Letter” YouTube video to the Oklahoma City Fraternal Order of Police.
The officer encourages OKC police to “Do the right thing and show support for Daniel Holtzclaw. The evidence that he was railroaded is abundant.”

In California, FORENSIC EXPERTS DR. BRENT TURVEY AND MS. SUZANNA RYAN discussed the investigative flaws, bias, and DNA falsehoods and errors in Daniel’s case with MICHELLE MALKIN:

Dr. Turvey and Ms. Ryan are two of six independent, internationally renowned scientists, including DR. PETER GILL, who released a PUBLIC REPORT on the scientific issues in Daniel’s case. Their report concluded that DANIEL DESERVES A NEW TRIAL because he was deprived of his constitutional rights to due process and a fair trial:

Mr. Michelen writes: “I will tell you it has all the fingerprints of a wrongful conviction: overzealous prosecutors looking to get a high-profile conviction; investigating detectives coming to a conclusion before they even examine the evidence or even begin their investigation; those same detectives then looking for facts to fit their conclusion rather than developing facts to reach a conclusion; an accused protesting his innocence all the way through the process; ineffective lawyering; lots of negative pre-trial publicity tainting the jury pool; and shaky forensics.”
Mr. Michelen expresses particular concern about SECRET HEARINGS that were held in 2017 about the personnel records of the State’s forensic analyst scientist, Elaine Taylor, whose DNA analysis and testimony errors were largely responsible for Daniel’s wrongful conviction. Daniel and his attorneys were not allowed to attend those hearings.
Mr. Michelen states: “[W]hat for me is the most unusual and troubling feature of the case: The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals entering a sealing order in the case surrounding hearings involving the DNA evidence presented. […] For me, the secret proceedings in the Holtzclaw case appear to violate two of the most fundamental precepts in American jurisprudence: (1) The right of the accused to attend and be represented at every critical stage of the proceeding and (2) the right of the accused and of the public to an open trial.”
