In January 2001 over the span of 7 days, Damien Hibbler participated in a string of 5 robberies.  Both of his codefendants have been released from prison, however Damien's release date isn't until July 27, 2048. DAMIEN HAS BEEN LOCKED UP OVER 21 YEARS FOR CRIMES IN WHICH NO ONE WAS PHYSICALLY INJURED OR KILLED. This inequality in sentencing is common in Virginia.  Damien is still locked up for the same crime that his codefendants have served their time and been released.
