I believe that there are too many cats and dogs having babies. Down the roads and on the sides of houses dead kittens and puppies are being found. I don't believe that innocent animals should be brought into the world just to starve to death! Help them by spaying and neutering your pets or even stray animals.

As brought to my attention, i do not wish for every cat and dog to be spayed and/or neutered, i just believe that strays or animals, with owners who do not wish to breed, should be fixed. i do not support PETA's radical actioin to fix ALL of them.
