Caesar Needs To Go Home. He has been held at the Staten Island ACC for Six Months and is now very ill. He was supposed to be on a ten day quarantine through the DOH.  He was in his own yard and thought he was protecting his property when a neighbors dog managed to trespass. Caesar and the neighbor's dog got into a scuffle and the neighbor tried to break up the fight and got bitten. It seems unclear who bit the neighbor. Either way Caesar was put on a ten day quarantine. Somehow this has turned into a six month debacle and the Department Of Health wants to kill him. His mom, Kristina Zdanaviciute Panattieri is only allowed two visits of fifteen minutes each per week.  Caesar has gotten very ill and now has pneumonia. He has lost over 20 pounds and no longer looks the same. His mom and dad are extremely worried for him. He is kept in a cage and does not get proper exercise or nutrition. He will die there if he does not go HOME SOON.
