On October 13, 2022, on the eve of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in Beijing, which was tightly sealed and controlled, a brave protester hung two banners on the Sitong Bridge in Beijing.
One read:
No to Compulsory PCR Test, Yes to Livelihood
No to Lockdown, Yes to Freedom
No to Propaganda Lies, Yes to Dignity
No to Culture Revolution, Yes to Democratic Reform
No to Political Strongman, Yes to the Right to Vote
No to Being Slaves, Yes to Being citizens

“Go on Strike at School and Work, Remove the Dictator and National Traitor Xi Jinping!”
The brave Chinese protester’s Twitter account was soon found. His account name is Peng Zaizhou, and his real name probably is Peng Lifa. On the Sitong Bridge, Peng Lifa was taken away on the spot. In just one month, Peng Lifa's cry has become the cry of Chinese people all over the world. However, we don’t know where he is now. We don’t know if he is alive or dead. And we even cannot confirm his true identity.
On June 5, 1989, in Beijing after the Tiananmen Massacre, a man stood in front of a tank holding two plastic bags, blocking the advance of the tank with his body alone. The Tank-Man was taken away by several people in blue uniforms. Since then we don’t know where he is. We don’t know if he is alive or dead. And even now we still don’t know his true identity.
Please don't Let Bridge-Man Peng Lifa become the second Tank-Man to disappear. For this reason, we demand the Chinese government to free Bridge-Man Peng Lifa, and ensure his safety.

2022年10月13日，中共二十大召开前夕，在封控严密的北京，一位勇士在北京四通桥挂出两条横幅。一条写着：“不要核酸要吃饭！不要封锁要自由！不要谎言要尊严！不要文革要改革！不要领袖要选票！不做奴才做公民！”另一条写着：“罢课罢工罢免独裁国贼习近平”。
不久，这位勇士的推特中国网名找到，他的网名叫彭载舟，真名彭立发。在四通桥上，彭立发被当场带走。在短短一个月后，彭立发所发出的呐喊已经成为全球中国人的呐喊，然而他却下落不明，生死不知，我们甚至都无法确认他的真实身份。
1989年6月5日，在大屠杀过后的北京，一位男子手持两个塑料袋站在坦克前，只身用肉体阻挡坦克的前进。这位坦克人几位身穿蓝色制服的人带走后从此下落不明、生死不知，至今不知其真实身份。
请不要让四通桥勇士彭立发成为第二个消失的坦克人。为此，我们要求中国政府释放四通桥勇士彭立发，保证他的安全。
