أيمن موسى اتمسك يوم ٦ أكتوبر من رمسيس عند مظاهرة واتحط في قضية تجمهر فيها ٦٨ فرد. القضية اتحالت للجنايات عشان يتحكم عليهم كلهم ​​ب 15 سنة سجن مشدد و خمس سنين مراقبة

بعد سنة و نص من الحكم النقض اترفض للقضية كلها ، و بقى حكم ال 15 سنة حكم نهائي بات غير قابل للطعن عليه

عدد كبير من أفراد القضية خرج بالفعل ف السنين اللى بعدها في فترة لجنة العفو الرئاسي من 2016 لحد 2018 في قوايم عفو متتالية أغلبهم من الطلبة اللى كان أيمن منهم لكن نصيبه مجاش من ضمن الأسامى اللى ميفرقش عنها أي حاجة الا الصدفة، و من بعدها و القضية اتقفلت و مبقاش بيطلع منها حد عفو تانى

أيمن كمل ١٢ سنة، يعني أكتر من تلتين المدة المحكوم عليه بيها اللى هي ١٥ سنة، وكمل ٣٢ سنة م العمر يوم ٢٥ أكتوبر٢٠٢٥،

أيمن عشريناته كلها ضاعت في السجن.

بنتمنى صوتنا يوصل للمسئولين ويتعاد النظر ف قضية أيمن. كل اللي أسرة أيمن بترجوه بعد لجوءهم لكل القنوات الرسمية اللي حددتها الدولة إن المسئولين يتكلموا معاه بنفسهم ويشوفوا دماغه ويتأكدوا إنه شخص مسالم وعادي مفيش منه أي خطر ومش عايز غير يرجع لحياته وأسرته. ادوله دقايق من وقتكوا وكلموه، شوفوا انطباعكوا هيكون ايه. في ايه ف الرجاء ده حد يختلف عليه؟

Ayman Moussa was arrested in Ramsis on October 6th, 2013. This October marks ten years of his imprisonment and his 30th birthday. His entire twenties were lost to prison.

In 2013, Ayman was implicated in a political case and charged with "Unlawful Assembly." The case involved 68 individuals, arrested either during a march or in nearby streets that day. They had been protesting against the 2013 military coup in Egypt. Subsequently, all were sentenced to 15 years in a maximum-security facility.

A year and a half later, the final appeal for the case was rejected, cementing their sentences.

Many of those charged in this case were later released through presidential pardons, specifically designed for political prisoners between 2016 and 2018. Most of the pardoned individuals were students. The selection process seemed arbitrary. Ayman's circumstances were no different from those who were set free. However, after a certain number of releases, the authorities moved on to other cases, and no further releases from this particular case occurred.

On October 6th, 2025, Ayman have served 12 years, over two-thirds, of his 15-year sentence.

According to Egyptian law, prisoners can be pardoned after serving two-thirds of their sentence. This provision offers the only glimmer of hope for Ayman's release, barring a full presidential pardon.

Arrested at 19, recently turned 32, having spent his entire twenties, his prime years, behind bars without committing any crime.
