The Issue
Mima Momemi is one of a few straight men who stopped a suspected he heard committed sexual assault in San Francisco, CA in 2023 when the allegation took place. Sadly it came from his sister. Momemi was doing the right thing and did what the justice system won’t do and its take the law into his own hands. Once he ended the life of a predator he went through the worst paranoia its being labeled a barbarian by the courts.
In Nima Momeni’s case he killed the former Cash app CEO Bob Lee because he suspected that Bob Lee and his inner circle was involved in Sex Trafficking, Sexual Assault and drugging his sister. In that trial it became about “Blame the Hero” and being labeled a cold blooded barbarian as the trial went on. However Nima Momeni is right to do what he did because if he is hearing allegations that Bob Lee’s inner circle is like Sean Diddy Combs, The Catholic Church, Jerry Sandusky, Larry Nassar, Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein then he should be free and pardoned because in these cases these investigations either gets dismissed or not investigated at all. He had to take action in the way he did just for an allegation to even be addressed.

Sadly in cases like this Straight men get lectured double standards for some reasons to end misogyny. However when they take action it is back to back hero blaming and he is not the only one here who attacked misogynists and killed them. Umm either way the guy goes to jail no matter what happens. Its better to break eggs and make an omelet to ensure women have rights. Sometimes the killing of accused predators is required to spark an investigation. We urge the state of California to pardon and free Nima Momemi he had no idea that he would end up more damaged being the hero such as a lifetime of paranoia in prison. Let Nima Momemi go free because he did the right thing and ending the life of a predator. Also he spared more people from being abused in the process. People like this should not be in prison to begin with its all a waste of resources. Why should accused predators have rights but not the heroes that kill them? Its all to prevent men from ending structural misogyny in society. However that is needed it requires lots of purges to happen to clean up the issues. All Nima Momeni did was exposed Bob Lee and his inner circle as showing that Silicon Valley is run by a bunch of incels and pedos in the same way Diddy and Epstein allegations played out and instead we get "Blame the Hero" in court.
He should get sympathy like Luigi Mangione is getting for exposing the Health Care industry for not caring for the people.
