On November 2, 2021 Frederick County Virginia Board of supervisor member Shawn Graber, by his actions violated Va code 24.2-604 at the polling place located at Senseny Road Elementary School in Frederick County. During this incident Sheriffs office deputies responded after being called there by a complaining party after feeling harassed by Mr. Graber. This incident  was documented on the deputies body camera, along with a follow up phone call to Frederick County Sheriff Lenny Millholland on November 3, 2021. After this incident Mr. Graber intentionally and categorically misrepresented this incident in its entirety including the responding deputies words, and actions to the media, public and Frederick County Sheriffs office. All in an effort to cover up his own misdeeds and actions on this day. Mr. Graber needs to be held accountable to ensure this type of behavior does not continue. His actions, words and behavior warrant removal from local office under Virginia code 24.2-233. Removal of elected and certain appointed officers by courts.
