Sadly yet again, some of our Township Council are NOT mindful of their spending as our town works through the COVID-19 pandemic. Plans are being made behind the scenes to OVERDEVELOP and FORCE a park aka parking lot, into the "Preserved Land" located at Willow Ave. and New Brunswick Road. How shameful.

After they borrowed MILLIONS of our dollars for fiscal irresponsibility, does Franklin need another park? We have many beautiful and accessible parks now. We have a VERY limited amount of untouched and preserved land left. Land that gives us all the feeling and comfort of living in a rural and naturally beautiful area, while enjoying the conveniences of big city amenities. 

Our community doesn't need another "parking lot" so council can use "feel good" politics for the purposes of pandering and thoughts of re-election. Overdevelopment will destroy our quality of life piece by piece. #WeDeserveBetter than that.
