Balendran Velayudhan died on 12/03/2016 in Ireland (Dublin). He was born in India and residing in Ireland for more than 14 years.

His remains are in mortuary for the past three weeks as Garda (Police) is unable to locate his friends or relatives in Ireland or abroad. Garda has his car, driving license, residential and work address still they can’t find any friends or relatives. As a human being I am concerned about his family, who are totally unaware of this incident. This mystery should be resolved on top priority.

I am urging everyone, who believe in humanity should sign and share this petition in large numbers so that I can hand over this petition to Justice Minister and Garda Commissioner next week (Before 14/04/16)
