Our neighborhood as you all know is being held hostage by our builder and also the management company this has been going on for years now. We as a neighborhood hereby demand control over our own HOA along with the right to remove the current management company. This company along with the builder have conducted lies after lies and have forced by laws into our HOA which have not been voted on by the homeowners of this neighborhood. We are asking that the builder release control over to us homeowners and provide us full control over our own neighborhood. For those of you that don't know how things work currently and in the past the HOA would hold secret meetings that were blocked by the homeowners from attending these meetings last time one was held they did it at a hotel where it would be shut down by the fire marshal and never rescheduled on purpose. This shadow government they have been running because of a simple rule that that neighborhood has to be built out to a certain percentage has given them the power over the last 10 years to make any rules they want. The have charged you money that has not been used in ways that you would think along with high hoa fees this company that was formerly Grace Management has changed its name several times to blind people of its true crimes against them. We are asking for everyone's help to remove them from Tanger Ridge & Patriots Point in Locust Grove Georgia so that we may once have ownership in our own homes.
