Shepard Smith has repeatedly expressed commentaries that are contrary to the published standards of Fox News.  Specifically, the representation that Fox News is fair and balanced.  Fox News needs to retract that banner as long as Shepard Smith is employed by and represents Fox News as their premier journalist.

Today, Shepherd Smith berated Gov. Bobby Jindal, for using the term All Lives Matter, he did this several times. He stated "why do you keep using that term, it's offensive to people."

Meanwhile, Shepard Smith's commentaries are far more offensive to many regular viewers of Fox News. Fire Shepard Smith! He is a phony and a detriment to the concept of fairness and balance on any level.
