Isn't it called Double Jepardy when you file the same case twice??
How can the District Attorney's Office be allowed to file the same case twice without legal reason?
This appears to be a method used to Bankrupt the deffendant so they can not afford to fight it, and forces them to start all over with posting bond getting a lawyer. that they have already done before. the original case was filed in 2010 and refiled again in 2011.
