ON June 17th, 2010, Mr Mcadoo came to Dewayne's home pertending to be from the sherriff's office.
Mr Mcadoo had a gun and a badge.
made threats to let him inside to search for some one that had never been to the home, and the person's case was already over on June 10, 2010 a week prior to the Illegal search.
Mr Mcadoo made Dewayne sit on the couch while he searched the home. Mr Mcadoo then set up bottles on cabinet to look as there was a meth lab, Mr Mcadoo went to the back yard and set up bottles to make it look as if there was a meth lab there as well.
Mr Mcadoo then called the police, when the police arrived, Mr Mcadoo pretended to be a sherriff, the police did what they called a pertective search and made Dewayne sign search waivers after they had already done the search. Dewayne had a sprayer in the garage the police took the sprayer saying that it could be used to make meth.
the police did not test the sprayer, had the police tested it then it would show it was in fact ant killer NOT meth. I don't know much about the case. But I do know this was Illegal to search in this way. Leslie Dewayne Jones is one of many who is a victum of Adam Odell Mcadoo.
