As many know, Kyle Rittenhouse completed his first post-acquittal interview with Tucker Carlson on his cable news show Tucker Carlson Tonight which aired on Fox News on November 22nd, 2021. During the interview, he made allegations against Lin Wood. Kyle alleges that Lin wood ignored his wishes concerning the funds raised on Kyle's behalf for his legal defense.

As of November 24th, 2021, I am unaware of Dan Bongino or Tucker Carlson reaching out to Lin Wood to offer his side of the story. If they do, I will take this petition down. I am targeting Dan Bongino because I am a fan of his daily podcast. I was upset to hear his coverage of this issue on November 23rd. He seemed to carefully avoid slandering Lin Wood while still making it clear to his listeners that he believes Lin Wood is not trustworthy. His coverage seemed to be based primarily on the statements Kyle Rittenhouse made during the interview.

As the creator of this petition, I must state that I do not follow Lin Wood. My interest here stems from a deep-seated distrust of the media. Despite being one of my favorite hosts, Dan Bongino is a member of the mainstream media. Dan often takes time in his podcasts to assure his listeners that he always gives both sides of a story to allow them to draw their conclusions. I believe that he tends to do exactly that. However, I feel that he has not given Lin Wood a chance to defend himself. I also believe that issues like this are creating a rift in the popular conservative movement that is providing unlikely victories across the country for said movement.

This petition intends to make clear that many of his listeners would like to hear both sides. We want Dan Bongino to offer the rebuttal segment of his Saturday night Fox News show to Lin Wood to give him a chance to defend himself. The objective of this segment is to offer a prominent left-wing voice to defend their beliefs on national television. I believe this issue concerning Lin Wood is something many of his viewers would like to see validated. This petition also aims to prove that hypothesis.

I believe that Dan Bongino is a man of his word. I am hoping he will see this as an opportunity to prove this to his loyal fanbase. I have no clue how many signatures it will take for him to take this seriously, but I hope we can amass enough to make it impossible to ignore.
