This year, beloved restauranteur Joe Bastianich left Masterchef only to be replaced by Christina Tosi. It is undeniable that this replacement for Joe was inadequate, and left a sour taste in the mouth - which for such a great cookery show is completely unacceptable. The best part of having Joe on the Masterchef team was that he offered something different amongst the trio of judges. Being a restauranteur/entrepreneur gave a different angle to the other presenters, who are both established chefs. I will even call into question Tosi's cooking ability - she is primarily a baker and has no place judging some of the finest home cooks in America. Joe on the other hand, while maybe not as skilled a chef, is an expert in the field of fine dining and haute cuisine and his knowledge of Italian cooking is nothing short of encyclopaedic. In addition to this, the chemistry between judges and contestants has been way off this season with Tosi. We demand that Joe is reinstated as a Judge where he rightfully belongs. #bringbackjoe
