PLEASE ATTEND THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING TONIGHT

Despite the P&Z Board recommendation of the more reasonable zoning of RF for the entire Hughes property (RF = Residential Foothills = significantly lower density of homes), City Staff clearly intends to defy our P&Z Board and go rogue instead.

According to a letter sent out to residents near the old Hughes site, the City's Long Range Planning Manager will recommend LMN (Low Density Mixed Use) + RF to City Council, a joint zoning designation that would add significantly more homes and other commercial development to that beloved area of our foothills.

The community has overwhelming demanded open/green space for the Hughes land, but City Staff refuses to listen.
