Fort Campbell wants to bring in Montgomery County Animal Control to take over our current Stray Animal Facility which would mean:
- More of OUR animals euthanized.
- No more 0% euthanasia rate for Fort Campbell.
- The animals found on Fort Campbell will only be put up for adoption if and when Montgomery County has space to move them to their facility to be adopted.
- Our stray facility will be closed to the public and be used as an overflow building for Montgomery County's animals.
- No more adoption events.
- Our animals will come second to those found in Montgomery County.
- Montgomery County is already overwhelmed and overrun with animals.
Please help us show Fort Campbell that we do not want Montgomery County to take over our shelter. We have a great thing going and we should not give that up! It is OUR animals that will suffer!
