Remove Michael Masi from his role as Race Director

Remove Michael Masi from his role as Race Director
The Issue
Michael Masi is currently the race director for Formula 1, after taking over from Charlie Whiting after his sudden passing in March 2019. Masi is responsible for running a safe race, managing logistics and enforcing FIA rules.
However, Masi has recently been unable to complete his role to a standard in which drivers are kept safe and the events run smoothly.
Examples of dangerous moments under his power:
- 2020 Turkish GP - Drivers are released onto a slippery and wet track whilst recovery vehicles are still present
- 2020 Tuscan GP - Not entirely his fault, but the choice to have no overtaking until the line, rather than SC lines caused an extremely large and dangerous pile up on a SC restart in Mugello, involving 5 or 6 drivers. This was due to the backing up of the pack down the straight and cars at the back of the snake going faster to catch up.
- 2021 Azerbaijan GP - 2 heavy shunts in the fastest part of the track were not put under full course yellow or red flag for a long time (Up to a minute and a half). Max Verstappen was climbing out of his car whilst drivers were still coming past at 300kph+. The team that just crashed out (Red Bull) had to ask for a red flag so that drivers could change tyres after the tyres were clearly not safe, and this should not be the responsibility of the teams to suggest this. He also claimed that a wall in which drivers could hit at 300kph, were not dangerous, after former F1 champion Nico Rosberg voiced his concerns.
- Portugese GP(s) - Loose drain covers caused dangerous issues in Portimao, and is possibly down to incompetence in track inspection. This occurred 2 years in a row (and in 2019 Baku), and this shouldn't have happened, especially the 2nd time around.
Examples of other poor race direction under his power:
- 2021 Bahrain GP (but also most of 2020 and 2021) - Track limits seemed to be extremely inconsistent throughout the weekends, causing confusion for fans and drivers, and extremely odd moments in the 2021 Bahrain GP where Verstappen had to concede a position he overtook off track, despite Hamilton going off track many times prior in that same place
Hopefully this gives you a small sense of what Masi has been like in power. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt under his direction. It is time for a change.
