VIACOM AND WARNER BROS, GIVE THE DUKES OF HAZZARD BACK TO AMERICA!

"The Dukes of Hazzard" continues to be one of America's favorite family shows some 37 years after it first aired. Its wholesome and happy atmosphere of slapstick comedy, great action and good memories has made it an international favorite. But because of the hysteria of political correctness, identity politics, and cultural cleansing, the United States is the only nation in the free world where the show has been banned from national television. This is, plain and simply, un-American. Poll after poll has shown a strong majority of Americans have no problem with Confederate symbols, seeing them in a very different historical context than those urban activists who are driving the "P.C." agenda. It is past time for Warner Bros. Television (who owns the show) and Viacom (which owns the cable rights to show it) to restore the "Dukes" in the name of common sense, decency, and family programming. The "Dukes of Hazzard" has been watched and loved for several decades by hundred of millions of people of all different races and nationalities.

We ask only for the right to be respected in our opinions and our rights.
