Requested Support Measures for Iranian Students Affected by the Ongoing Wartime Conditions
In light of the exceptional challenges faced by Iranian students due to the current wartime situation, we respectfully request the consideration and implementation of the following support measures:

• Awarding additional points or special consideration in scholarship assessments
  As a form of compensation for the significant disruptions caused by the crisis.
• Allowing the use of “bonus credits” To help students reach the minimum required number of academic credits (CFU/ECTS) for scholarship eligibility in the upcoming academic year.
• Extending the official deadline for grade registration From August 10 to September 30, to allow students the opportunity to complete exams in the September session and thereby meet the requirements for scholarship applications.
• Providing flexible or remote (online) examination options for students who are currently unable to return to Italy and remain stranded in Iran due to ongoing travel restrictions or safety concerns.
• Accepting consular certificates issued by the Iranian Consulate in Milan as a temporary substitute for legalized documents, in recognition of the administrative difficulties caused by the crisis.
• Offering free temporary summer accommodation in university dormitories
  For students unable to return to Iran and who do not have the financial means to afford private housing.

We, the undersigned Iranian students residing in the city of Padua, respectfully urge the relevant academic and administrative authorities to take the current exceptional circumstances into serious consideration. The proposed measures aim to mitigate the academic, financial, and logistical challenges we are facing as a direct consequence of the ongoing wartime conditions.

We are confident that, with the compassionate support of universities and responsible institutions, many students will be able to continue their academic journey without enduring irreversible setbacks.
