Following my formal follow-up, the Wolcott Town Council has confirmed that our urgent notification will be formally discussed at their next meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Wolcott Town Hall Chambers.

This means the Council is officially on the record regarding the two crucial facts we have submitted:

• The documented 57% financial disparity affecting Wolcott families.

• The formal notification that the vendor is now the subject of a State Regulatory Case (DCP # 2025-1947).

2. Next Steps: Securing Our Future

On Monday, I will be attending the meeting to place our key questions before the Council: What is their plan for exercising fiscal oversight authority during the 2026 contract renewal process?
