Hello everyone,

Thank you for your overwhelming support. We have achieved a significant milestone in our demand for transparency and accountability.

1. Public Action Taken:

On Monday, November 24, 2025, I successfully presented the full facts and demands to the Wolcott Board of Education in a public forum. The documentation submitted to the Board proved that the current vendor's policies result in a verifiable 57% cost disparity for Wolcott families.

2. State Regulatory Mediation Initiated:

The severity of this issue has now been confirmed by a state regulatory body. The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) is formally processing the complaint against the vendor, Impressions Studio, through its informal mediation service (DCP Case # 2025-1947). The DCP has contacted the business to share the complaint and request their response.

3. Formal Notification of Town Oversight:

The Wolcott Town Council has also been formally notified of the financial disparity and the initiation of this State regulatory case, compelling our elected officials to review this serious matter of fiscal oversight.

Conclusion:

Our collective advocacy has successfully moved this issue from an administrative dispute to a formal regulatory process and public oversight. We now await the formal response from both the state authorities and the Town Council.

Your signature proves this is not a personal complaint—it is a community demand for accountability. Please continue to share this petition to show maximum support for the DCP's efforts and our local oversight.
