The homeless animals at the rescue farm are being bullied and threatened by neighbor

Jeff Sanders who moved next to the rescue seven years after they moved here.  He yells profanities at the animals and humans. Discharges weapons to scare the horses and dogs.

shoots and kills chipmunks,bunnies,birds just for fun.  He calls the dog control officer when 

the dogs play, react to visitors or get excited that dinner is coming.  He makes threats to hurt the animals. He works at Remington Arms and has many ,many guns.
