Ford Malaysia provide a poor after sales service to end user, selling a problematic vehicle to the market, such as Ford Focus MK3, Fiesta MK6 & 7. DCT Problem, TCM Problem, Manufacture defect steering rack, badly vibration during idling ( due to low RPM setting & all the sensor problem. IMPROVE the Poor After Sales Service! Extend the warranty for the DCT or swap to other type of transmission, such as 6AT or 6MT. Redesign the defect steering rack. Re-program the Software for higher RPM (840-880) to avoid the idling vibration. Make it Right To The End User!
