While Youtube's Community Guidelines states that "[g]raphic content that features animals and intends to shock or disgust" are not allowed on the platform, the moderation team consistently ignores such reports. Some videos have been up for years on the platform, and have been reported hundreds or thousands of times. This needs to stop. Youtube needs to start taking reports seriously.

Take this following video for example, which features kittens that were killed by a human and a kitten that has its leg amputated. The comments are full of people from weeks and months ago stating that they have reported the video. And yet, it's still up almost two years later and being actively recommended to people.
