2012 Holiday Mall Hours, 2013 Holiday Mall Hours, 2014 Holiday Mall Hours (Hours they opened last holiday season)

The mall can be a wonderful place when you are a shopper. A place to bring your friends and family for a day of shopping, food and fun. However many mall employee's are forced to work this upcoming holiday against their will. More often than not, retail management companies such as Pyramid Management Group force their employees and the retailers in their properties to open during National Holidays such as Thanksgiving.

Imagine a time where a loved one must depart from a festive holiday in order to work, not because they want to, but because they are forced too. Pyramid Management has made it clear to all retail stores and small business owners in the mall that they will issue fines to any store that refuses to open during their business hours (Their previous threat from 2014). We aim to end the unnecessary hours we are forced to work during the holiday season. We demand to spend time with our friends and family and we shouldn't be punished because we happen to work in a mall location.

We are here to put a stop to the madness. No longer should we allow corporate greed to influence our family and take away from the precious and cherished moments of our lives. If you have a loved one that works in a mall run by Pyramid Management Group or just feel strongly for this cause please support this petition.

Our goal is to force Pyramid to close their doors in every mall location they manage this Thanksgiving as they have done in previous years, not only that but to remain closed for a reasonable amount of time for employees to enjoy the entirety of their holiday.
