There are laws against loud mufflers, yet they are never enforced in Waikiki. Loud mufflers from cars, motorcycles, and mopeds consistently disrupt our lives at all times throughout the day and night. This petition is for the purpose of asking our police to enforce the mufflers laws so that we can have the peace and quiet we deserve and are entitled to. Sign now and share!
