On August 10, the killer whale Ula, Morgan's daughter, died in Loro Parque, Tenerife. She was only 3 years old and had been born, raised and died in captivity for her entire life. She never was able to live the experience of being free, in the sea, but had to suffer the three short years of her life in captivity in a tank that is a teacup compared to her real home.

Ula is not the only one who has died recently, Skyla, a 15-year-old killer whale, also died on March 12 of this year. The cause of the death of both is unknown according to the information available to the public, since Loro Parque does not seem to give more information. But I am sure that it is enough to know the conditions in which they lived to be able to imagine what really happened.

In the case of Ula's death, Loro Parque says that for days she suffered discomfort and that their animal experts are going to do an autopsy. Although it is not necessary to know that the suffering, stress and boredom as a consequence of living inside a tank, hurts killer whales enormously, according to PETA's vice president of international programs, Mimi Bekhechi. In addition, we must not forget that we are talking about an orca that was only three years old.

Once again, I ask you to sign my petition and share it as much as possible so that little by little, I can get more signatures so that this aberration ends as soon as possible.

Help me create a law that protects not only dolphins, killer whales and cetaceans in general, but also all the animals that are living in these unfair and cruel situations.
