My name is Lucía Bartoli, and I am the mother of two young children, Rocky (3) and Rouge (2). For months I have been living through a very painful situation: after my separation, the court provisionally assigned custody of my children to their father while the case remains under investigation, following accusations made against me.

This decision prevents me from caring for and supporting my children as they deserve. At present, I can only see them under supervision, and on several occasions I have not even been allowed to spend time with them - including important moments such as my son Rouge's birthday.

I am fighting with all my strength to regain custody and ensure that my children grow up in a safe, stable, and loving environment.
