Our kids are proud member of the football team at North Forney High School. This wish for concession stand ownership is not only personal but is echoed by families and students involved with the team. We believe that this change will bring multiple benefits to our team, school, and community by creating an amplified sense of ownership, camaraderie, and school spirit. Currently, the band holds ownership of the concession stands. We have deep respect for our school's band members and their hard work, but we believe this change can lead to a more fair distribution of responsibilities and profits. As per the data from the National Federation of High Schools, football games attract the highest average attendance among high school sports. By owning the concessions stand, the football team could raise significant funds to support team expenses, equipment upgrades, and other team needs that parents currently step up to fund. Let's create a mutually beneficial environment that nurtures the spirit of our school and its students.
