FIFA is no longer fit for purpose and is more corrupt than a banana republic. The cancer of bribery & corruption that runs throughout FIFA cannot be eradicated by replacing Sepp Blatter alone. The whole organisation needs to be abolished NOW. Many World Cups in the last 20 years as well as forthcoming ones in Russia & Qatar were awarded and run through bribery.
England is where football started and was invented.Without England there would be no soccer or football anywhere. Sheffield is the spiritual home of football and the new governing body should be based there.The worlds biggest and richest league-the Premier League- is in England. The FA owes it to the world to take the lead. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a lasting change on world football.

The new worldwide governing body -an International Football Association- can replace FIFA. The FA can get UEFA on board-if not, many members of FIFA will happily join the FA given its clout and history.

In cricket, boxing, snooker-rival governing bodies have flourished and the worlds most popular sport needs England's FA to develop some balls-no pun intended- to set up the new body as soon as possible.
