This petition is aimed at ending the illegal and unethical surgical interventions (if they can be called that) on pets and especially dogs.

With a false goal, without a shred of morality, social and legal responsibility, people - quasi-veterinarians, in inappropriate conditions perform aesthetic interventions on dogs in order to make a profit. The operations are performed in inappropriate and unhygienic conditions, contrary to the Law on Animal Welfare.

The perpetrators find a million ways to circumvent justice, lie that the dogs had physical problems, that the dog was procured abroad and so on, and if you check which veterinarian performed the intervention you will see that there is no such thing.

There is irrefutable evidence, witnesses and ways to help prove who is doing this work for money and false moral canine victories. There is even evidence that some of the quasi-veterinarians leave a mark to know that they performed the intervention.

There is evidence that some of them intervened for funds outside the country.

We ask the authorities to finally stop on the road and not allow the torture of pets, especially dogs.

We want to check who is terrorizing the dogs and how.

We demand that dogs that have undergone cosmetic surgery not be able to be registered at exhibitions in our country and that they be banned from being allowed to breed.
