60% of the Fontana’s General Fund goes to the Fontana PD. At least 15% of that fund should go to community-based programs and departments such as the CSD and Public Works. 
If we reallocate this money, it could go toward special needs programs, public housing, child development activities and more. 
Fontana PD has also has had issues with its department such as one of their officers being put on paid leave after raping a 16 year old. 
Their excess money should go to the community.
