Our moose population is in dire need of protection. There are very few healthy moose left.  Though we respect your culture and traditions, we hope your moral and ethical values will come first. Tourists come up to the Gunflint many times just to search for moose.  Please don't hunt the few we have left. We need every last one of them. Please stop your hunt, give them a chance to rebound, at least for now.
