I think it's fair to say that  living in the middle of a pandemic has forced us to adapt to the new normal for the pass 2 years. I've never thought I would  be one of those persons working from home but, here we are. 

I think its fair to also say that  during this time internet services are  in great demand. It is extremely disappointing that underpopulated areas do not have access to proper internet services when there are persons who live within these areas who are working from home.. 

Why is it a case where some of these areas have access but the quality of the service  does not sync with the cost? The BPO sectors has employed thousands of persons to which  are  given the opportunity to work from the comfort of their homes to provide for themselves and their family however,  where internet is concerned its either not available to them or the services are extremely poor.

I personally can speak on this it has been extremely frustration to not being able to work complete hours in order to maximize my pay at the end of two weeks . On days I'm schedule to work 8 hrs I can bearly work 3.

We think this issue is  fixable if proper attention is given to these areas rather than total neglect simple because they are underpopulated.
