Well, guys, the verdict is in -- and it's not what we want. I got in contact with an oW Representative of FlowPlay (will not disclose names due to privacy), and just got a response back a few hours ago. The short version is this -- DownWorld will forever stay in our memories, however, it will not be returning due to financial issues. Everyone loved the game, even those in the offices that created it. However, due to the stated issue above, no amount of signatures and supporters can "plan to bring [the project] back". Out of respect for the response and the honesty of said answer, I have decided to remove all links to this petition on both ourWorld and Playtest. If you are one of the ones that helped support this petition, out of respect I wish for the link to be removed from your respective accounts as well. I thank all of you for your hard work and support, and the team sees the enthusiasm, however, DownWorld is not returning, and will likely stay gone. ~Jared xDovah
