This large community of Milk River is a peaceful and resourceful rural community that boasts the famous Milk River Mineral Spa, yet still lacks some basic resources to enable its development.  In this digital age which is further forced upon us due to this Covid-19 pandemic, there is no reliable and affordable internet service.  Our children's education, now more than ever, depends on their ability to access the internet for online classes, exams & research.  Our citizens are being held back from opportunities that only such an essential utility service can provide.  Please join me in signing this petition so that the relevant persons in Flow or Digicel or the Government can respond and assist us in this regard. 

This is the only place in Jamaica that I can feel 100% safe and comfortable. The community needs development and actually having the community online is quite necessary as one of the requirement for growth. Our young people needs proper education and this access is a must in these times. Lack of opportunities can breed negative consequences.  Kindly share on all your social media platforms and encourage all Milk River citizens, those in the diaspora and friends to sign.  Let our voices be heard! Citizens United! No separation by politics. This is urgent because schools have already started and too many of our children will be left behind. I say we start here for growth.
